Tell Healthwatch in Sussex your experiences of accessing Neurodevelopmental Services

Healthwatch in Sussex are the local independent watchdog for health and care. We routinely carry out short surveys to gather the views of people about health and social care services.
This month they would like to hear from you about a family member, person you know, or your experience of accessing Neurodevelopmental Services in the last 12 months.
Neurodevelopmental Services provide diagnostic assessments of neurodevelopmental conditions in adults. This includes autism spectrum conditions, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Tourette’s syndrome.
We would like to know:
- Have you been referred to, accessed or tried to access Neurodevelopmental Services in the last 12 months?
- How satisfied were you with your experience?
- Your experiences of accessing health and care services with a neurodiversity.
Healthwatch is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and security. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
