Healthwatch in Sussex want to hear your views on changes to GP surgeries

If you live in Sussex, Healthwatch in Sussex would like to hear what you know about, and how satisfied you are with the recent changes in GP surgeries.
In 2023, the NHS announced how they intended to improve access to GP’s. Changes which have been rolled out include improved telephone systems (e.g. call backs), offering online consultations and improved websites. Alongside this, new and additional roles have been created in GP practices to solve the workforce shortage e.g. Advanced Practitioners.

Healthwatch in Sussex are the local independent watchdog for health and care. They would like to hear about how much you understand about the way in which GP surgeries are changing and how you feel about these changes
