Within the report you can read about Healthwatch’s future plans, including how they are refreshing their Listening Tour approach to reach more of the county more regularly.
Riona Doidge, Head of Volunteering and Engagement at East Sussex Community Voice delivering Healthwatch East Sussex said:
“Our Listening Tours are a great opportunity to go out into our community and hear about our communities’ experiences of local health and care.
They represent the start of a process which enables us to build relationships, gather insight and understand the experiences of local people. This is reflected in our ‘One Year on Report’, which highlights the work that has been done as result of the Rye Listening Tour and what you told us but also how our work is ongoing.”
