Sussex VCSE Leaders Alliance (SVLA) is a collaborative network for voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations across Sussex. Its vision is that everyone in Sussex has a fair chance of living well and healthily.

  • Amplify VCSE sector’s strategic voice within health and care systems.
  • Foster collaboration across VCSE organisations and healthcare structures.
  • Strengthen communication pathways to support VCSE involvement in decision-making.
  • Build effective relationships and networks within the sector and with health partners.
  • Develop strategic priorities and commissioning models in partnership with voluntary organisations.
  • Work in partnership with the NHS to achieve the three shifts: Hospital to Community; Treatment to Prevention; Analogue to Digital.
