East Sussex Community Voice are asking people aged between 16 and 24, who live in the County of East Sussex (excluding Brighton and Hove) to complete this survey to help us improve early support for young people in East Sussex who self-harm (or are at risk of self-harm).
East Sussex Community Voice are seeking the views and experiences of children and young people in relation to self-harm. Self-harm can be defined as ‘the act of deliberately causing harm to oneself either by causing a physical injury, by putting oneself in dangerous situations and/or self-neglect’.
This survey, co-produced with young people, will help us to gain a better understanding of :
Please note we are not seeking to establish prevalence of self-harm locally, or to understand the details of individuals’ self-harm behaviours.
This work has been commissioned by East Sussex County Council and the findings of this survey will contribute towards a needs assessment being undertaken by the County Council and other partners which will help inform how locally we can best:
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and after completing respondents can enter a prize draw to win one of three £50 vouchers.
