The Full of Life festival – September and October 2026
To celebrate Older People’s Day (held annually on 1 October), the Full of Life festival will run throughout September and October, hosting events, activities and talks for adults 50+ across East Sussex.
This year will feature over 100 events. Activities include but are not limited to, walking tennis, coffee mornings, health and wellbeing talks and more.
