Text SUSSEX to 85258 for free, confidential support from a qualified mental health professional

Sussex residents who are feeling anxious, stressed or struggling with loneliness or depression can now access support from a qualified mental health professional by text.
By texting the keyword SUSSEX to 85258, people can connect within 15 minutes for crisis intervention, emotional support and signposting to appropriate services. This service is anonymous and won’t show up on a phone bill.
If someone is at imminent risk, clinicians can escalate to emergency services directly.
Text SUSSEX to 85258, is delivered through the national text messaging service, Shout.
